In February ’10 Mike Hawley from Mad*Pow gave IxDA Boston a talk & workshop on Practical User Research interview techniques. During the hands on workshop teams interviewed each other on the topics behind Follow The Money. This workspace captures and aims to analyze those interviews.
The second set of data-points we extracted form the interviews were a loose definition of user types which were used to evolved our Use Cases.
This workspace is an ongoing effort to define the look, feel and branding for Follow The Money.
