I’d like this to be our formal team kick-off. Provisional agenda;
* Reiterate what this project is about
* Introduce Johnny Hujol
* I will explain how the upcoming IxDABoston events will feed this project and what the developers (Johnny/David) will get out of those events.
* Talk about what we need to do for the first IxDABoston event on March 25th http://bostonixda.org/ . It’s a workshop on how to effectively interview end-users, we will act as a non-profit org at the event and present a design brief to the attendees. Teams will then interview each other round-robin and hopefully generate data that can drive our project. We need to define that brief ahead of the event.
